Scripture is pretty clear, God doesn't want anyone to die.Mrs. Spithttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03386820063407910064noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-33962866.post-71310526924776243542009-02-04T08:21:00.000-08:002009-02-04T08:21:00.000-08:00Nice post. They have services and sunday school, and focus on ethical living and service instead of predestiny and prayer. The kids learn about the world's religions in sunday school and they bring in speakers about world issues (poverty/greed, education, environment).

Another religion that may hold interest is a Quaker House. There's no preacher. I believe bad things happen to good people. Good people like you and me. If there is a god and he did do this to you (more importantly, to Curtis) then I think he made a huge mistake. I too have been told God needed another angel, so he took Hope. Sorry, but as her Mother, I needed her more! If God is so powerful, he can make his own friggen angels.
While my relgious is non-existant, rather than shaky, I do cling on to Hope that I will see her and hold her again. I my head I imagine going back to being pregnant with her, rushing to hospital and doing it all over, with a much happier ending. When I die, I want to start over and get another chance with her. Before her death and birth, I never believed much in the afterlife, because I never had to - I don't have anyone that close to me, apart from my grandfather waiting for me there. Now I have to believe. My greatest love is waiting for me. My one and only child. I have to believe I will get another chance at a life with her. I just have to.
Off to read the post you linked to now.... xo
SallyHope's Mamahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04984543289642681339noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-33962866.post-51622581666213413892009-02-03T20:53:00.000-08:002009-02-03T20:53:00.000-08:00I am not very religious but I absolutly loved the ...I am not very religious but I absolutly loved the book "The Shack".
